Villa ARV-6 is located in Legrena – on the strip of coastal paradise that frames part of the Attica region. The Athenian Riviera stretches from the outskirts of Athens all the way to Sounio where an ancient wonder, the Temple of Poseidon, majestically stands tall.
The temple is a mere five-minute drive away and is definitely worth a visit. Though you have your own swimming spot just a minute walk from the house, swimming choices are abundant all along the coast; from sandy private coves to a more sport’s activity theme – the choice is yours.
Restaurants and classic tavernas are also plentiful in the area and if glitzy shopping is on your to-do list then a trip to the up-scale neighborhood of Glyfada (45km away) is mandatory. A day trip to the center of Athens is totally plausible – approximately an hour’s drive and you are in the ancient capital. Another plus is the area’s easy access to the airport which is an approximate 40-minute drive away.
If you’re looking for the ideal place to recharge, this is it. The spectacular sea views are the highlighted feature of this in-demand residence and if you and your family or group of friends do not experience it at least once in your lives, it would be a crying shame. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
