On a wind-sheltered hillside, full of prickly pears, reed, vines and old olive trees, over the famous “Santa Marina” resort in Ornos bay, you may find the luxury villas complex 9M.
The location of each villa within the relief was a difficult choice.
The multidimensional volumes were positioned amphitheatrically according to the elevation variation of the ground, creating an unstoppable play of light and shadow.
Simple material –stone and wood- fully incorporated into the Mykonian architecture.
Among the villas you may find unique stone-built benches, sheltered from sun and wind by wooden pergolas, which call you to spend peaceful private moments while enjoying the unique view to Ornos, Korfos and Tinos island.
The water element counterbalances the wild beauty of the Mykonian landscape.
Our pools are placed so that combined with the outdoor benches offer an oasis of peace and relaxation throughout the day, while giving a peaceful atmosphere to the villas.
The end result cannot rival the landscape but it complements it gracefully.
Villa 9M-1 is situated high at the most privileged place in the compound offering the guest unique views of Ornos, Korfos and all the way to Tinos island.
Its west orientation shelters it from intense sunshine during the day and offers wonderful views of the sunset in the afternoon.
We have carefully designed the exterior grounds so that the guest will enjoy private moments sheltered from the north wind and from indiscrete eyes.
In the estate the pool, which is the center of all summer life, connects the villa spiritually with the Aegean sea. In the same area there is also a big stone-built resting area sheltered by a big pergola, which will accommodate guests for relaxation throughout the day.
Inside simple lines stay true to the traditional Mykonian architecture.
On the ground floor you may find a kitchen and a living room, on the same level with the pool and the outdoor resting area.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a stone-built king-size bed. It has its own bathroom and a wonderful balcony with stone benches offering unlimited views.
On the lower floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom, all traditionally built and painted in ochre or sky blue color. Every bedroom contains heat and air conditioning system.
On the same floor the villa has two external, independent and fully equipped guest rooms accommodating 4 more persons.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, security lighting and an alarm system.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
