Villa 9M-6 is divided into three levels. Traditional interiors, all in white, boasting a large open plan living area indoors and outdoors and offering privacy and seclusion in a very idyllic spot.
The Medium level consists of a bright, elegant living room and a charmy, spacious dining room, both having direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, a Guests WC and a large veranda with a large dining table that offers a gorgeous view to the sea.
The top level consists of a Queen-size Master Bedroom with en-suite fully equipped bathroom.
Ground level consists of the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with their private and fully equipped bathrooms.
The Villa features a sound system, an elegant swimming pool and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the beautiful Greek Sun. The excellent landscaped garden is filled with palm trees and a selection of flowers calming the senses and creating a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellness.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
