Villa EVM-6 is located in the Aleomandra area (close to Ornos beach). It is a modern luxurious seafront residence with some vintage elements that make it unique.

The Villa consists of 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms and can welcome up to 12 guests. 3 double bedrooms are in the main building where they offer unlimited spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and Delos Island. There are also 2 guest houses with their own independent entrance. The first guest house comes with 2 double beds and the second with one.

The warm white Mykonian light enters from the spacious windows and bathes all the areas of the Villa. In the outdoor area you can enjoy your private pool or the unique sunset where in the summer period the sun sets right in front of the Villa and its wonderful colors fill your soul with a sense of peace.

The asset of Villa EVM-6 is the unique location and sunset/sea views. The property stands just opposite of the island of Delos which is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important archeological, mythological, and historical sites of Greece.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
