The magnificent 150 sq.m. private seafront Villa OKM-1 is ingeniously blended into the natural surroundings and boasts awe-inspiring architecture and spellbinding interior design. There is nothing short of magical about this Villa, which has its own private pool and private beach area right in front, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The building is split into three levels. The ground floor has a lounge, a sauna and a bathroom with a shower. The private heated pool starts from the outside and ends up inside the Villa. The first floor features the master bedroom, a balcony, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a window that overlooks the bay of Ornos. The second floor is ideal for romantic candlelight dinners and small intimate gatherings, since it has a bar and a long antique table.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen –used by the Villa’s staff- and a bathroom with a shower. The villa has an elevator –no interior staircase- ultra-modern furniture and lighting, imaginative glass floors, and soothing colors in the shades of blue and lime green. It has 3 different entrances –one for each floor- and private access to the Hotel’s SPA.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
