LAYOUT
First Floor
When opening the entrance door, you will find a staircase that leads to the upper floor, where the Main Bedroom Area is located.
Each bedroom has its own private entrance connected to the air-conditioned Gym Area set up with floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, while exercising, you can gaze at an endless blue of the Cretan Sea or admire beautiful sunsets above the blue horizon.
Every bedroom features satellite flat screen TV, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a side table with a lamp and its own spacious en-suite bathroom with shower. From the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors, except for one bedroom, you can access a wrap-around balcony with a breathtaking sea view.
Two bedrooms open to a direct sea view and one to a mountain sea view. One bedroom out of six got a king-size bed.
Ground Floor
Another staircase will lead you from the main hall to the downstairs open plan living and dining area, one Master Bedroom and modern kitchen with direct access to the pool.
The Living Area consists of an air-conditioned living area with comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace, 55” Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Dining Area combines a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a bar table with 6 stools and an up to 12 persons wooden design table.
The Master Bedroom consists of a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, Smart TV, air conditioning, a matching wood framed standing mirror, a side table with a lamp, a Spa-inspired bathroom with aero massage & hydro massage and a balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea.
On this level, you will also find a hidden storage room with an extra toilet.
Outside Area
Infinity pool, Sun deck & BBQ Area
From the Ground Floor, you enter the Outdoor Area with a 17-meter Infinity Pool, a private partly roofed terrace with a sitting area, a pool deck with sun loungers and a space for relaxing in shade, a BBQ with a stone oven and a table that sits up to 8 people. A wall stone bench, next to the oven, with comfortable cushions is available to sit as well.
Next to the infinity pool there is a Private Path going to the turquoise waters of the Cretan Sea, located just 25 m. away.
Villa’s Private Apartment
An additional space for your holiday staff.
Just below the pool, following the pathway to the sea, there is a lower floor consisting of an Additional Private Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and sitting area, a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
It is the perfect solution for those who want to travel with their own extra staff like a personal maid-nanny, personal trainer, or other holiday help.
General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
