The large windows create the illusion of transparency allowing for a flood of Cretan sunshine to illuminate the room.
When you reach the lower floor through the elevator you will find 3 modern-designed bedrooms that themselves host queen-size beds with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. Next to the bedrooms, for your convenience, you can find a coffee bar with two coffee machines, a small fridge and some tableware adequate to serve your needs.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days’ advance notice for this facility.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
