The Villa is situated in an 8.000 sq.m. of private land, just a breath away from the sea. It is surrounded by a stone fence and it comprises four independent guest-houses and a smaller stone-built bedroom. This retreat is an ideal option for large groups of friends or families, looking for quality time while offering luxurious and private stays to the guests.

Villa FTL-16 faces the beautiful sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. The South beaches are in very close proximity, around ten minutes’ drive.

Ground Level

• South Suite – This apartment has a teak double bed, a sitting area, a breakfast area and a magnificent bathroom
• Central Suite – The central suite is a big apartment that could easily accommodate four people. It has one private bedroom with a double bed and one open bedroom with two single beds. The marble bathroom also has a small outdoor area. The sitting area is next to a fully equipped kitchen
• North Suite – This studio apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sitting area as well as a comfortable bathroom
• Stone Built Bedroom-Bathroom – To the North and next to the main structure, a nice stone bedroom is built with two beds on a nice private outdoor space with flowers. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom

Upper Level

• Entering the apartment on the right-hand side is a large bedroom overlooking the sea and the sunset. Next to it is the spacious marbled bathroom. On the left-hand side is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room area for eight persons and a sitting area with a fireplace and a magnificent view. Guest Suites

• 2 Suites with double beds (plus a mobile bed) with ensuite bathrooms, can accommodate four to six people. On a private outdoor area there is a 3×6 plunge pool with sunloungers and unobstructed sea view.

Key Features

• The marble floors covering the verandas and interior spaces are made from 6cm thick, hand carved marble stone from the island of Tinos which has a very natural look
• All plants are carefully selected to be compatible with the climate in Mykonos and to require low irrigation
• The pool area is equipped with waterproof speakers
• The private parking area can accommodate up to 10 cars
• The water reservoir is exceptionally big, holding 90 Cubic Meters and has a new water pump which is very silent
• There is an Electric Generator which fully covers the electric supply of the property – in the event of electricity disruptions or failure in the local supply system
• The Villa is built with 40cm-thick double walls for aesthetic as well as insulation reasons
• The private land of 8.000 sq.m. is enclosed by a 40cm-thick hand-made stone wall which reaches 2,5 m of height
• The Villa’s gate is made from metal and teak wood and is fully remote controlled
