To add to this, the property is uniquely protected from the Etesian Meltemi winds, so you can spend your time outdoors even when the rest of the island is windy.
Spread over the 38.000 sq.m. estate, each of the luxurious villas sports a pool, distinctly inspired decoration (by Alberto Pinto), satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Back-up generators and water purifiers, 24/7 CCTV monitored grounds (at the periphery), a private jetty and a helipad are available to guests, while chefs, butlers, extra cleaning and catered services can be arranged to never stop.
Villa ASL-11 is perched at the top of the Agios Lazaros Mykonos private 11-Villa Estate and enjoys a bird’s eye view of the islands of Delos and Rhenea over a majestic drop to the sea, offering the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset. The Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny and shady all day long), all in front of the 79 sq.m. infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the estate).
The ASL-11 Villa has a single main entrance that opens into the open-plan kitchen and the living/dining room area. On the upper level is a Master bedroom with an Expanded Queen and an en-suite bathroom and balcony. On the pool level is another Master bedroom with 1 King-size bed (or 2 Singles) with a bathroom. On the ground level are: 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, with en-suite bathroom, and a balcony door leading to the grounds. There is another room with a Queen bed, with en-suite bathroom with a curs anglais window.
The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service, so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate, so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat-screen TVs, so everyone can watch, back-up generators to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant, so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
