Villa KLF-5 is situated between the most cosmopolitan beaches of the Mykonos island, Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis. It is a luxurious 3 storey accommodation choice (approx. 250 sq.m.) of 4 Master bedrooms, all en suite and 1 Guest House with a Master en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a top bunk bed. Sleeps 8 guests +4 at the guest house, for a total of 12 guests. It is built in the traditional Myconian/Cycladic architecture of white washed cube houses with a contemporary touch in the design and furniture.

Villa KLF-5 offers unlimited sea view from all indoor and outdoor areas. All outdoor areas of the Villa are surrounded by pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds. The guests can enjoy top facilities: infinity private swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, pool bar & lounge area with BBQ.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
