Villa ASL-3 in Agios Lazaros is a four bedroom, four bathroom home in Mykonos. Whitewashed, with simple, often wooden pieces and pastel-coloured soft furnishings. This home’s living areas have a chilled-out vibe.
The bedrooms are similarly done – they have neat en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a charming balcony too, with a sea view.

Some slight noise from the nearby pump room can be heard from inside the third bedroom; this bedroom also does not have windows.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
