Upon entry to this Mykonos villas one finds the independent guest house composed of an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet and a cozy living room that exits to the pool terrace. The guest house sleeps 2 adults.
Across this Mykonos villas pool terrace and the shaded outdoor dining area, guests are welcomed into the main villa, which has just been fully renovated to the highest standard, with bespoke furniture and elements for summer 2018.
This offers a spacious and stylish living room and an open-plan kitchen that together with the auxiliary bathroom are situated on this level.
The living room exits to a large veranda with an additional dining / lounging area that can comfortably accommodate additionally a large group of guests.
A staircase leads up to the bedroom level of the main villa, where three en suite bedrooms with double beds are located.
The master bedroom is overlooking Psarou beach and Nammos Restaurant, and the other two the vibrant pool and the garden / outdoor area.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
