Spread over the 38,000m2 estate each of the luxurious villas sports a pool, distinctly inspired decoration (by Alberto Pinto), satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Back-up generators and water purifiers, 24/7 CCTV monitored grounds (at the periphery), a private jetty and a helipad are available to guests, while chefs, butlers, extra cleaning and catered services can be arranged to never stop.
ASL-5 Villa is perched at the edge of the Agios Lazaros Mykonos ASL private Villas Estate and enjoys an uninterrupted view of the islands of Delos and Rhenea Islands over a majestic drop to the sea, offering the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset. ASL-5 Villa was named in honor of the Alberto Pinto-inspired paintings, adorning the walls with images from Greek Mythology. These are original works created in honor of the Olympic Games that were hosted in Greece in 2004.
The world-renown designer, Alberto Pinto, intended the rich indoor colors and designs to distract guests from the over-powering natural beauty of the island, and the curvaceous furniture is intended to complement the island’s unique rounded Cycladic architecture, where 90-degree angles are all but absent.
In contrast to the interior, the exterior of ASL-5 Villa draws upon the magnificent, fiery-colored, stone-chiseled walls and broad flagstones to blend into the natural zeitgeist of the island’s wild-side.
ASL-5 Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining area tucked up against the rich vegetation of the pergolas with a magnificent view of the sea.
There are sunny & shady (all day long) areas in front of the 116m2 infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the estate).
ASL-5 Villa’s main entrance opens into the dining and living room areas (w/ fire-place), and the kitchen is just off the dining room.
The view to the sea is breath taking from the living room and the view to the pool from the dining room is tantalizing.
To the right of the main entrance is a Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom.
On the upper level are two bedrooms, the left one has a private balcony and bathroom.
The room on the right has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside (pool) areas.
At the ground level are 2 more bedrooms: the independent one has a Super King size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the soft bedroom (bonus room) has 2 single beds, and a private bathroom.
The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service-so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate, so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix- to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat-screen TVs so everyone can watch, back-up generators to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant, so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
