Undisturbed and with a direct view of the sea, CRF-21 natural stone house invites you to relax. The stunning property has been designed to cater to every unique taste and desire, exceeding the expectations of our guests by offering an oasis of relaxation and a home on the Ionian Island of Corfu.
Villa CRF-21 is equipped with four double bedrooms, two of them with additional sofa bed, two televisions with TV on demand, five bathrooms each with its own shower room, fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen including children’s tableware and high chair, an outdoor kitchen, a 5×10-meter infinity pool, various chill-out areas and terraces, and two parking spaces in front of the house.
The Villa is designed to provide privacy and give guests a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Villa CRF-21 is elevated and thus offers a particularly impressive view of the sea and spectacular sunsets. It has a large dining table with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, located right by the pool.
The natural stone Villa offers not only luxurious interiors, but also spacious outdoor areas that further enrich the vacation experience. In front of the living room there is a spacious balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area. This balcony is the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or admire the sunset in the evening. With enough space for comfortable seating, the balcony becomes the perfect place to feel the fresh sea breeze and enjoy nature.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
