The ground floor features:
Two more bedrooms, a double and a twin, with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies are located on the second level.
A private outdoor Jacuzzi is located on the master bedroom balcony. There are flat screen TVs and Air Conditioning in every room, complete with satellite channels and a DVD player, direct phone line, electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
