Villa I (450 sq.m.) has a modern living room, dining area for 15 people, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 8 bedrooms plus additional 3 rooms for the staff, 12 luxury bathrooms and it is fully equipped with heating and cooling systems.
On the ground level there are 3 bedrooms with king-size beds plus 1 additional room for the staff, and 5 bathrooms. On the basement level there are 5 bedrooms with king-size beds plus 2 additional rooms for the staff, and 7 bathrooms.
Villa II (320 sq.m.) comprises a spacious living room, dining area for 10 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms plus additional 3 rooms for the staff, 9 bathrooms and it is fully equipped with heating and cooling systems.
The ground level of the villa has 4 bedrooms plus 1 room for the staff with 5 luxury bathrooms, and on the basement level there are 2 more bedrooms plus 3 rooms for the staff with 4 bathrooms. The interior of the villa is furnished with custom-designed items and art pieces offering a great life-style.
Outdoors there are terraces with lounge and open-air dining facilities, pergolas, and a large swimming pool offering relaxation and fun time.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
