Villa CHV-54 is a residence fully equipped to cope with your dreamy vacations and make your experience unforgettable and pleasant.
The residence can accommodate up to 10 guests, enabling more people to holiday together.
With a design of 5 bedrooms located on the ground floor and stone-faced bathrooms in each one of them, creates the perfect place of convenience for you, your family, and friends.
The jaw-dropping view from every side of the Villa makes you fall in love with every corner of it even more so.
The residence features timeless interiors as well as large windows and terraces that optimize the stunning view of the Cretan Sea.
The Villa features a spacious open living room with an eco fireplace and a large kitchen fully equipped to serve your needs.
Also don’t forget that the cleaning services are always on time and being performed every two days.
Outdoor facilities
Once you step outside the Villa you will enjoy and relax under the warm Aegean sun and you are welcome to lie on the sunbeds or dive into the swimming pool one for adults and a smaller one for kids.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request, at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost.
The open terraces with lounge furniture, a dining area, a kitchen, and a grill will wait for your summer gatherings.
Spend time in the outdoor area and savor the sunny moments while gazing at the endless blue. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the Villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
