Set in its own private gardens, the delightful Villa CRF-14, consists of three bedrooms for up to 6 guests on two floors.
The ground floor features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, relaxed living and dining areas and a separate toilet.
The upper floor has two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies.
Each room has a flat screen TV, with satellite channels and DVD, a direct phone line, fax, electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The sitting area opens onto the outdoor terrace, the garden and the private pool. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a gazebo with outdoor sitting for 6, an outdoor BBQ, shower and parking for two cars.
The Villa is a few minutes away from Dassia and Agios Nikolaos Beaches down a small private road.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
