The Villa is on top of a hill overlooking the beach and offering stunning views of the nearby islands.
The house is composed of 4 separate buildings: the first bld has a King bedroom with bathtub, walk-in closet and en-suite shower bathroom, the second bld has the living/dining/kitchen room area, the third bld on 2 levels (sea level & semi-basement) has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one single bedroom with bathroom and the 4th bld has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one single bedroom which both share a shower bathroom and finally a small kitchen.
There is a pergola with an outdoor lounge & dining area ideal for spending a lazy afternoon with friends and family by the swimming pool. The outdoor areas and garden invite guests to cool down from the summer heat and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and Keros island.
Big windows let the landscape flow onto the interior which features a joyful blend of contemporary design and modern furniture. The living/dining room building has a double height with a marble top kitchen and a fireplace.
The master bedroom has a built-in bathtub, a big window overlooking the beach and a bathroom with handmade cement colored tiles. The other bedrooms are comfortable and cozy with private bathrooms and fabulous views. In between the buildings, there is a BBQ area with table and benches for outdoor dining, enjoying the sunset and the landscape.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
