This retreat is designed with five double bedrooms across three levels, promoting snug relaxation with its tranquil terraces and lush garden plunge pool area.
The Main House features a welcoming bedroom with twin beds, a separate bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen leading into the living and dining spaces. These areas extend to a covered terrace, inviting guests to an outdoor dining area beside the plunge pool, as well as a BBQ dining area nestled in the garden.
The Guest House is a space of comfy privacy, with a living room facing towards Pori bay and Amorgos, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and access to a secluded outdoor dining terrace. A private double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the lower level enhances the sense of retreat.
The Villa’s outdoor area, centered around a private plunge pool and surrounded by dining and lounge spots, is perfect for soaking in the Aegean sun or enjoying delightful meals under the stars.
Our vibrant grove is a rarity among Cycladic landscapes; it is a true Aegean wonder, offering guests a refreshing and rejuvenating oasis on the rocks. Ground Floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single built-in beds, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Living and dining area with full access to a covered terrace and outdoor dining & plunge pool area as well as BBQ dining area in the gardens of the estate.
First Floor: 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private verandas overlooking east to bay of Pori and west towards sunset & our garden.
Lower Floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single built-in beds, living room and game area and a main bathroom.
Guest House
Ground Floor: Living room area with view to the garden, a sofa bed – which can comfortably accommodate one extra guest – and a kitchenette. Living room has direct access to a covered terrace for outdoor dining & relaxing.
Lower Floor: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Outdoors
Private pool, dining area, sitting area, BBQ outdoor area, organic vegetable garden.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
