Chalet FMG-3 is a beautiful luxury ski Chalet in Megève’s center area. With rustic charm and a slew of luxurious features, it is the ideal base for your luxury ski holiday in glamorous Megève. Within walking distance of the resort center, Chalet FMG-3 also enjoys amenities including an outdoor swimming pool (only available during summer), outdoor hot tub, cinema room and fitness room. The chalet’s total of six bedrooms can sleep up to twelve guests.
The exterior of the Chalet is inspired by traditional Alpine style, with a wooden façade and apex roof. Step inside and the wooden theme continues, punctuated with luxurious furnishings and hand-selected artworks throughout. At well over 300 square meters, there is ample space in the generously proportioned Chalet.
Luxurious features that can be enjoyed after a day of skiing include an outdoor jacuzzi and fitness room. Or, perhaps cuddle up around the roaring fireplace or in the cinema room for a cozy evening in this winter wonderland.
Another highlight of Chalet FMG-3 is its central location, just 450 meters from the center of Megève. The nearest ski lift is about 750 meters away.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
