Cream-rendered and two storeys tall, with timber shutters and a colonnaded veranda, the house carries the quiet neoclassical character of the Corfiot countryside.
Cypress, palm and clipped hedges screen the grounds on every side, and a stone-paved pool terrace sits at its heart. Mornings here are unhurried, and the gardens stay green well into the season. It is a calm, self-contained retreat, well suited to a family or a small group of up to four guests.
The villa sleeps four across two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both set on the upper floor with their own ensuite bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps each room comfortable through the Ionian summer, while satellite flat-screen televisions, a DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided throughout.
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen opens to a lounge, with a guest toilet close at hand and an electronic safe and direct phone line for added convenience. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
