This Luxury Villa for Rent in Corfu – Dassia sits within its own private gardens on the green northeast coast of the island, a short way above the shore at Dassia. The house is a two-storey Corfiot villa with a terracotta roof and timber-shuttered windows, set on a generous plot of 1,300 square meters.
Lawns and stone pathways run between mature cypress and shade trees, framing the pool and the covered veranda. Neighboring houses are screened by hedges and tall trees, so the grounds feel private despite the easy reach of the resort. A small private road leads down to the beach.
Villa CRF-14 has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests in comfort. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen and relaxed living and dining areas, with a separate WC for guests. Two further bedrooms occupy the upper floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony that looks out across the gardens.
The rooms are calm and understated rather than showy, with air conditioning, satellite television, an electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Downstairs, the sitting area opens directly onto the terrace, so the indoor space and the garden read as one.
Outside, the private heated pool is set within lawned gardens, with sunbeds and umbrellas arranged along the terrace for long, slow days in the sun. A tiled pergola shelters a dining table for six, while an outdoor barbecue and shower make lunches and swims easy to string together. In high summer the pool is the center of the day, and the lawns give children room to run while the grown-ups sit out the heat under the gazebo. Life moves outdoors here: morning coffee on the covered veranda, an unhurried lunch in the shade, then dinner as the light softens over the greenery.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, or for a private chef arranged through Blue Collection when you would rather not cook. Indoor and outdoor dining areas seat the full party of six, and the barbecue and covered gazebo extend the space for entertaining.
Each bedroom is fitted with satellite television, an electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi, and the villa provides secure private parking for two cars. Everything needed for a self-directed stay is on hand, and our team can layer in as much or as little service as you like. The house is family friendly and suitable for children of all ages, with easy access by car, scooter or ATV.
Dassia and Agios Nikolaos beaches lie a few minutes away down a private road, with the sheltered berths of Gouvia Marina a short drive south along the coast. Corfu Town, whose Old Town, Liston and Spianada form a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 12 kilometers from the villa, while the waterfront tavernas at Ipsos sit just to the north.
The port is 10 kilometers away and the airport 13 kilometers, with a supermarket 500 meters from the gate, fuel at 1 kilometer and the nearest hospital 6 kilometers away. The northeast coast makes a good base for exploring, with the coves of Kontokali, Kommeno and Barbati all within a short drive, and the gardens and colonnades of the Achilleion Palace an easy afternoon’s outing.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
