Luxury Villa for Rent in Corfu – Dassia brings together three private two-storey houses, each set within its own garden, a few minutes from the water on the island’s green northeast coast. The three villas share a single quiet address yet keep their own pools, terraces and parking, so a large party can gather together or spread out as the day asks.
The complex stands on a plot of some 3,900 square meters, with around 380 square meters of living space divided between the houses. Only a small private road separates the gardens from the beaches at Dassia and Agios Nikolaos. This is a place built for numbers, without the feel of a hotel.
Across the three houses there are nine bedrooms, every one with its own bathroom, sleeping eighteen guests in all. The first villa holds four rooms, two doubles and two twins, most opening onto private balconies with garden views. The second arranges three bedrooms over two floors, a double on the ground level and two more above, while the third keeps a double and a twin on its upper floor.
Balconies and shuttered windows keep the rooms shaded through the warm afternoons. Each ground floor has its own sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and guest cloakroom, so every group can cook, eat and relax in private. The interiors are unfussy and comfortable, made for families and mixed groups who want room to breathe under one roof.
Every villa has its own private swimming pool, framed by paved sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas. Shaded gazebos hold outdoor dining for parties of six to eight, and each garden keeps its own barbecue, outdoor shower and lawn for children to run on.
Mornings are the best of it, with the gardens to yourselves, the scent of the pines and a short walk down the lane to the sea. It is outdoor space that works as well for a long family lunch as for a quiet drink after the beach.
Each house comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxed dining space, satellite television, a direct telephone line, an electronic safe and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Secure parking sits at every villa, six cars in total across the three, which is useful for a group arriving separately. The complex is family friendly and suited to children of all ages, with a supermarket five hundred meters away, a petrol station within a kilometer and a hospital six kilometers from the door.
Dassia sits on Corfu’s northeast coast, between the marina resort of Gouvia and the long beach at Ipsos. Dassia Beach and Agios Nikolaos Beach are a few minutes away, while Gouvia Marina, the exclusive Kommeno peninsula around the Grecotel Corfu Imperial, and the UNESCO-listed Corfu Old Town all lie within a short drive. Corfu Town is twelve kilometers from the gate, the port ten kilometers and the airport thirteen, and the Achilleion Palace at Gastouri makes an easy afternoon inland.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
