A pergola to one side shelters a full dining area, an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill, arranged for long lunches and unhurried evenings under cover, with the sea opening to the northwest and the sunset closing each day directly ahead of you.
Inside on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen carries the appliances to cook properly, down to a plate or two of traditional Cretan cooking if the mood takes you. Around the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas line the terrace, the garden is private and laid to lawn, and a secure parking area at the front of the villa holds two cars. Smart televisions, the eco fireplace and a family-friendly layout suitable for children of all ages complete a house built for an easy, private stay.

Heraklion airport is 28 kilometers or 29 minutes away and the port 28.5 kilometers, while a petrol station sits just 600 meters from the gate.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
