Fourteen sun beds, shaded lounge seating for eighteen and a dining table for twelve turn the terraces into the center of the house. As the light drops over Delos, the pool deck becomes the natural place for al fresco dinners.
Three fully equipped kitchens, fitted with Siemens, Bosch, Miele and AEG appliances, serve the house and give each wing real autonomy for larger parties. A live-in team handles general maintenance, the garden and the pool, with a private chef and driver available on request.
A standby generator covers any power cut, pergola-covered parking takes three cars with open parking for four more, and satellite smart televisions, a Sony sound system, an alarm and a weather station round out the fittings.

The villa sits in Agios Ioannis beside the five-star Mykonos Grand and Kivotos hotels, a 300 meter walk above the sheltered sands of Agios Ioannis beach. Nammos and Psarou lie 1,500 meters away, while Mykonos Town and Little Venice are four kilometers on, the same distance as the airport and the old port. Ornos, a short drive down the road, has the nearest supermarket and a second family beach.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
