The ground level has two further bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchenette with a washing machine and a storage room, so the sleeping quarters sit a little apart from the shared spaces. Interiors are finished in bright Mykonian white with decoration by Alberto Pinto, understated and easy to live in rather than showy. The common rooms are generous enough to gather in, while the layout still leaves room to step away.
A 51 sq.m. infinity pool runs to the edge of the terrace and reads as a single line with the sea beyond, which is what you want from a private infinity pool villa in Mykonos. The airport is 5 km (11 minutes), the New Port 7 km (14 minutes), and Ornos beach 3.5 km, with a grocery store and a gas station both within 2.5 km. It is close enough to the nightlife and the beach clubs to reach them in minutes, and far enough up the hill to leave them behind at the end of the night.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
