Luxury villa for rent in Mykonos, Aleomandra: AKM-3 is a two-villa complex built into the hillside between Ornos Bay and Agios Ioannis, where the land falls away towards the water. The two homes stand side by side, each with its own infinity pool and a clear line to the Aegean.
The orientation is southwest, so the evening light runs across the sea towards Delos, and the setting keeps the feel of a traditional Mykonian neighborhood while the island’s beaches sit only minutes away.
Across the two villas, AKM-3 holds seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The first villa has two king-bedded master rooms, one at entrance level opening to the pool, one upstairs with a private balcony, and a twin room on the lower level.
The second villa carries two king doubles at entrance level, a first-floor master with its own balcony, and a second twin room below, which brings the complex to fourteen guests in total. Every room runs on individual air conditioning, most with ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and sea views from the upper floors. Inside, each villa opens into a single living, dining and kitchen space, with the interiors drawing on local stone and timber against clean white lines.
Each villa has its own private infinity pool, heated and filled with fresh water, set at the edge of the terrace so the surface reads level with the sea beyond. Sunbeds run along the deck, with a pergola-shaded lounge and an outdoor dining area placed to catch the afternoon through to dusk.
Facing southwest, both terraces hold the sunset over Delos, which makes the outdoor space the natural center of the villa through the warmer months.

Mykonos Town, with Little Venice along its waterfront, sits five kilometers away, the airport at five and a half and twelve minutes by car, and the new port at eight. A grocery and supermarket are under two kilometers, and the island’s medical center is five.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
