Villa ALP sleeps ten across five en-suite double bedrooms, arranged for privacy rather than proximity. Three of them sit on the first floor of the main house, each opening to a private balcony with a direct sea view, and each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and safe.
Two further bedrooms occupy independent guest houses with their own entrances, one at garden level and one on the lower terrace with a kitchenette, which works well for a couple, staff or guests who prefer their own space. The outdoor space is built around a 25 by 17 meter beach-entry pool, the kind you walk into from a shallow shelf, with its own pool bar and a shaded lounge alongside. A 60 square meter pergola gives cover from the midday sun, while dining and seating areas, a built-in barbecue and a jacuzzi spread across the lower terraces.
As the afternoon turns, the entire level faces the sunset, which makes it the natural place for a long lunch that drifts into drinks by the water.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob and oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave, and the dining table seats twelve and more. A private gym and a dedicated massage room sit on the lower garden level for anyone who wants to keep a routine going or simply unwind after a day by the sea.
A SONOS sound system runs through the property, Smart TVs are provided throughout, and there is secure on-site parking with straightforward access by car, scooter or ATV.
Aleomandra keeps you close to the island’s best sand while staying clear of the crowds, with Agios Ioannis beach 1.5 km away, Ornos a similar 1.5 km, and Nammos at Psarou around 2.5 km along the coast.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
