The villa accommodates six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Interiors follow a restrained Cycladic language of white plaster, natural stone and pale timber, with clean lines that keep the focus on the light and the view. Bedrooms and bathrooms share the same natural palette, so the house reads as one calm, considered whole.

Glifadi beach is 300 meters below the villa and the wider bay of Agios Ioannis, home to the well-known Hippie Fish, is 2.5 kilometers away. Mykonos Town and the lanes of Little Venice are 5.7 kilometers, about sixteen minutes by car, while the beach clubs of the south coast, Nammos at Psarou and the bars of Ornos among them, are an easy drive.
The bay below is calm and the setting suits families with children of all ages, reached easily by car, scooter or ATV. The airport is 6 kilometers and the old port 8.5 kilometers, with a supermarket 2.3 kilometers away.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
