The villa holds twelve bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms, sleeping up to twenty-four guests in air-conditioned comfort. Each suite is built around its own concept, so no two rooms repeat the same material, palette or view.
Interiors pair handcrafted furniture with natural stone and flowing fabrics, several pieces made for the house by an interior designer who works in fashion. A fully equipped kitchen anchors the living areas, sized for large dinners and private events rather than quiet meals alone.
Water is the center of life here. The main lake-shaped pool runs to 434 square meters and curves around a mature palm, with a separate heated pool of 93 square meters for cooler evenings.
A 500 square meter deck frames the water with bamboo seating, sunbeds and oversized beanbags, while a glass balcony at the highest point of the cliff sets a private dining table for eight above the sea. After dark the pool turns to a softer light, with the lamps of Mykonos Town flickering across the bay.
Beyond the water, A-1 carries a private club of 150 square meters with a piano, a surround sound system and a jacuzzi for four, built for evenings that run long.
A separate gym of 300 square meters holds more than thirty Technogym machines, set directly in front of the sea. A sunset room, an outdoor wine bar and secure parking complete the grounds, with helicopter, SUV and ATV access all possible to the gate.
Choulakia keeps you a few minutes from everything while holding you apart from it. Mykonos Town and the old harbor at Little Venice lie three kilometers away, roughly five to seven minutes by car, and the beach at Agios Stefanos sits one and a half kilometers along the coast.
The terraces look west across the water towards Delos, while the beach clubs of the south coast, Nammos and Scorpios among them, are a short drive south. The airport is four kilometers from the estate and the port one and a half, with the nearest cove at Choulakia only 500 meters below the house.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
