Luxury Villa for Rent in Mykonos – Choulakia, LHR-1 stands above the island’s north-western coast, with the open Aegean and the silhouette of Delos held in full view. The four-bedroom residence faces north-west, so each evening closes with the sun dropping into the sea beyond the pool. It is a house built around the light, the water and the long Mykonian horizon.
The villa sleeps eight across four bedrooms. The master suite is the clear centerpiece at close to 80 square meters, its king-size bed set to frame the sea and served by a private bathroom with a deep bathtub. The further bedrooms are comfortable doubles, each opening onto a veranda that runs along the sea-facing side of the house, and three bathrooms serve the sleeping quarters.
Inside, the detail rewards a second look, from Murano crystal lighting to fine porcelain and soft, tactile furnishings. On the upper level a fireplace anchors the sitting area, which flows into a dining space for ten and a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and full-size appliances. LHR-1 sits within the Blue Collection portfolio of Mykonos villa rentals.
Outside, a deep infinity pool of six by ten meters reaches to the edge of the terrace and the open sea, with a depth of 3.3 meters made for real swimming rather than wading. A pergola of 100 square meters shades the main lounging area, while a dining table for twenty, seating for forty and a built-in barbecue leave the terrace ready for long dinners and larger gatherings. The outdoor space is generous enough to hold a wedding or private event, with the sunset over Delos as the backdrop.
An external bar with its own sound system sits beside the pool, served by an outdoor WC and shower so the terrace works independently of the main house. A private open-air gym is set on the sea-view veranda, fitted with a multi-gym station, treadmill, crossover machine, free weights, benches and a massage table, so the day can start with a workout above the water.
Two staff members live in a separate staff house next to the villa and are on hand throughout the stay, and the property has secure private parking.
Choulakia sits on the quiet north-western side of Mykonos, a short drive from the island’s social life yet set well apart from it. Choulakia beach is one kilometer away and Agios Stefanos two and a half, while Mykonos Town and Little Venice are seven kilometers on, around fifteen minutes by car, and the port is just three and a half.
For days on the south coast, Blue Collection can arrange transfers to Nammos, Scorpios and Principote, with the airport roughly sixteen minutes from the gate.
