At the center, a private infinity pool of roughly 100 square meters runs towards the horizon with a Jacuzzi built into it, the water seeming to meet the sea beyond, and meals move outdoors as a matter of course, from slow lunches under cover to long dinners on the terrace as the southwest sky changes color. In the evening, low light and the reflection of the house on the water make the terrace the natural place to gather.
Indoors, the kitchen is fully fitted for a private chef or for relaxed family cooking, and the living and dining rooms open straight onto the pool terrace so the two sides of the house work as one. The easy movement between levels, the guest WC on the ground floor and the gentle terracing make this a genuinely family-friendly villa, with room for children and adults to gather or spread apart.

For all its sense of seclusion, KRC-3 keeps the whole island close. Mykonos Town and the waterfront lanes of Little Venice are about fourteen minutes away by car, while Nammos at Psarou and Scorpios above Paraga sit a short drive along the south coast for lunch or an evening out. Super Paradise and Paradise beaches are thirteen to fifteen minutes by road.
The airport lies just 2.5 kilometers below the hill at around eight minutes and the port about twenty, with the nearest medical center roughly twelve. A grocery store is about 2.5 kilometers away and the nearest fuel a little beyond, so short runs never eat into the day.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
