The villa sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the master, a king-size bed measuring 2.3 by 2.3 meters faces a 12-metre glass wall, so the Aegean is the first thing you see at dawn and the last thing at night. The ensuite is wrapped in glass, with a rain shower that moves through color and light for aromatherapy at the end of the day.
Indoors, two deep couches fold out into lounge beds, while a central table seats fourteen for long dinners. It is one of the more private Mykonos villa rentals on the north coast.
A private infinity pool reaches to the edge of the view, close enough to the master that you can step from the glass wall straight into the water. Two levels of decking and a veranda of around 100 square meters hold an outdoor table for twelve, with hammocks, sun beds and candles set among the sea elements.
On the upper balcony a private Jacuzzi rests between the palm trees and the hammock, open to both the sunset and the sunrise.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a private chef, with an oven, a barbecue and a two-door fridge for proper Mediterranean cooking. Three curved televisions and a professional sound system run through the main space, alongside a handmade bar dressed in rope and sea elements against a 100-square-metre rock wall. Access is by car, scooter or ATV, with secure parking on site.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
