The villa sleeps six across three master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Beds run over two meters in length, dressed with a choice of feather and non-feather pillows, and every bathroom is finished with a walk-in shower, robes, slippers, a hair dryer, and toiletries.
The interiors are built around texture and warmth rather than show: marble and tiled floors underfoot, comfortable sofa seating, and an open-plan living and kitchen area that flows as a single, sociable space where cooking, dining, and lounging happen side by side. This is a rare spot that catches both sunrise and sunset over the water, so the day opens with light on the Aegean and closes with color across the same horizon, dinner served al fresco as the pool glows against the dark stone.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, an espresso maker, and a complete set of dining ware, ready for a private chef to take over or for a slow, unhurried morning at home with coffee out on the terrace.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
