A guest WC and a separate laundry and pantry room complete the layout across the villa’s two levels.
The outdoor space is built around an oversized horizon-edge pool that seems to meet the sea, framed by a pergola and comfortable sunbeds on a wide stone terrace.
A sheltered, pergola-covered veranda sets out sitting and dining arrangements for 8 to 10 guests, made for long lunches and evenings under the stars. Facing south-west, the terrace catches the island’s sunsets along with open views towards Paros and Naxos.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a private chef and in-villa dining, with the living and dining areas flowing out to the terrace for easy entertaining.
Practical comforts include private parking for four to five cars, a private energy generator against power cuts, and a dedicated laundry and pantry room. The grounds are landscaped to sit naturally within a gated 4,000 sq.m. plot shared with two other private villas.

Kalafati beach, known for its water sports, is a 12-minute drive and the beach clubs of Kalo Livadi around 13 minutes, with Mykonos Town 13 km and roughly 23 minutes away. Mykonos Airport and the New Port are both 14 km, about 22 minutes by car.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
