Across its 383 square meters, Villa ATR-2 offers eight en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to sixteen guests. Three are master bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin configuration, joined by five attached suites, most with private verandas of 26 to 44 square meters. Several suites open onto verandas of their own, extending the living space into the open air.

Mykonos Town and the lanes of Little Venice are three kilometers away, roughly fourteen minutes by car, while the port sits at 2.5 kilometers and the airport at five kilometers, around eighteen minutes. Agios Stefanos beach is about ten minutes away, and Psarou, home to Nammos, is close to eighteen minutes.
The island’s landmark beach clubs, from Scorpios to Principote, remain an easy drive for lunch or a long evening. Everyday needs are close too, with a supermarket about 1.7 kilometers away, a petrol station within 1.5 kilometers and a medical center around twelve minutes by car. Ornos and Saint John are also reachable inside twenty minutes for a change of beach.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
