Villa SES-1 consists of two connecting levels, offering privacy of 132 sq.m. indoor and 180 sq.m. outdoor spaces with comfortable living areas suitable for up to 10 guests. Elegant rooms are well equipped with modern amenities and facilities of the highest standard that provide guests with maximum comfort and privacy.
The VILLA LEVEL with the private pool offers 2 Master Bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 guests (65 sq.m. indoor and 180 sq.m. of outdoor space). It features a spacious living room with a dining area for 6 guests, an open plan kitchenette and 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a rain shower.
The SUITES LEVEL with caldera view offers 3 Master Suites suitable for up to 6 guests (67 sq.m. of indoor space). It features a living room with a dining table for 6 guests, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 master suites each with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.
The SPACIOUS TERRACE is of 180 sq.m. offers a private heated pool partly shaded with pergola, a sun terrace equipped with private sunbeds and umbrella, an outdoor private Jacuzzi, a pergola shaded sitting and dining area, lounge areas, small garden with small ancient olive trees and a view of incredible, majestic sunsets, the Caldera and the Aegean Sea.
The Villa’s levels are connected with an outside staircase leading to the Suites level.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
