Villa VSK-17 sits amidst extensive grounds, which have been landscaped ingeniously into a beautiful multi layered garden to make the most of the property’s glorious setting above the sea. A weave of paths run through the fragrant gardens, connecting the main house to the various functional levels of the garden and eventually the sea.
On the main house’s terrace there is a large dining table (can sit up to 12 people) where breakfast / lunch / dinner is served and a spacious sitting lounge for relaxation.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
