The outdoor seasonal pool is an integral part of relaxation in the patio area of Villa MLV-3 and then on our private terrace you can enjoy your meal and drinks, gazing out over the sea, sky colors and picturesque Mandrakia settlement. The Villa is located 300 meters from the picturesque Mandrakia seaside village, dominated by Syrmata. Syrmata are white fisherman’s houses, with colored doors, in which they used to store their boats from bad weather. In addition to this small seaside village there is also a small port, special for an afternoon romantic stroll by the sea.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
