On a spectacular 700 sq.m. land surface with a 30 meters distance to the beach, Villa PLG-5 (1) is the ideal estate for a magnificent Mykonos experience. The Villa is infused with wonderful amenities and features; a private swimming pool with lounge sofas, outside dining area, a separate guest house and private parking space for our guests.
The villa consists of two buildings, the main building, and a guest house.

The separate guest house is located approximately 15 meters away from the main building and provides all necessities needed. It has a magnificent spacious Queen size bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom. It can accommodate 2 guests.

All floors in Villa PLG-5 (2) include grand Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi is fully covered as well as autonomous air conditioning units are provided in all floor Villas’ areas. The guest house (35 sq.m.) is merely 25 meters away from the breezy beach. The building is fully autonomous and separated from other buildings of the property. The guest house provides one main area with a living room, dining room, and one bedroom with a Queen size bed. A separate fully equipped kitchen is available. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
