The first-floor terrace forms the heart of the Villa. Here, indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly across expansive lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen with open fire area, sunbeds and dining spaces all surrounding the Villa’s signature feature, a stunning 52-meter pool, the largest on the island.
Flowing into a waterfall behind the Guest Rooms with sea-view on the lower floor, this water feature cools the house naturally while infusing the space with soothing, ambient sound.
The remaining two guest rooms with garden view on the middle floor are located next to the Villa’s dedicated wellbeing space. At its center is a state-of-the-art gym, complemented by a recovery and treatment room equipped for a variety of longevity practices.

MASTER SUITE
A private hideaway on the upper floor, the Master Suite spans over 160 sqm. It features a 100 sqm living area, a spacious 60 sqm en-suite bedroom and an exclusive 150 sqm outdoor terrace. Ideal for quiet mornings, intimate gatherings, or simply unwinding with the sea stretching before you.
GUEST ROOMS
Eight beautifully designed Guest Rooms and Bungalows sit across the upper, middle and lower floor, each between 55-65 sqm.
On the upper floor, two Bungalows also enjoy direct pool access, creating a seamless flow between indoor relaxation and outdoor lounging. Two garden-view Guest Rooms on the middle floor and four sea-view Guest Rooms on the lower floor offer 40 sqm of understated luxury, with private terraces surrounded by lush greenery.
DINING EXPERIENCE
At the center of Villa LIR-5 culinary offering is its professionally equipped kitchen, ready to elevate any occasion. A fresh, locally inspired breakfast is prepared daily and included as part of the stay.
For guests seeking more, the house is equipped to offer customized menus, private dining or casual poolside snacks — all tailored to individual needs and preferences.
POOL HOUSE
The 52-meter heated pool is the showpiece, spilling into a tranquil waterfall behind the bedrooms on the lower floor. Lounge areas, sunbeds and shaded nooks surround it, encouraging outdoor ease.
WELLBEING
Villa LIR-5 is a place where indulgence and wellbeing seamlessly coexist. Equipped with state-of-the-art longevity and biohacking technology, including a fitness studio, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and more, the Villa invites guests to experience the best in wellbeing without compromise. Beyond the equipment, a specialized doctor can be on site upon request to curate bespoke protocols tailored to each guest’s needs.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
