The main thought behind the design of the house was for the guests to enjoy their privacy and at the same time have the opportunity to meet all together in the central, spacious, outside area where most activities take place.
The Villa’s location is unique: not only is it well-protected by the wind, but it is also within proximity to the island’s main spots: Mykonos’ main town, or else “Chora” is within less than a 10 minute drive, whereas popular Ornos beach, as well as Agios Ioannis are within less than a 5’ drive.
The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 double ensuite bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, adjoining bathrooms, TV, wi-fi, A/C, safes, and ceiling-fans.
The master bedroom is separate from all the other bedrooms as it is situated within the main house which includes the living room, dining room and indoor main kitchen.
The remaining four guest rooms are situated next to the outdoor living and bar area and each have their independent entrance.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
