PRC Villas are located at the area of Petaloudes – Glysidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2 acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience. PRC Villas convenient location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island.
The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds).
Entrance and parking:
Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in.

Unwind in the all-white elegance inspired by the radiance of Parian light, with an open plan space that leads out onto your private balcony with radiant blue views. A cozy fireplace ornates the large living-room equipped with a 42” Smart TV with adjoining dining area for 6 guests flanked by a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the living room there is a 30 sq/m furnished sunbathing terrace with awe-inspiring panoramas of the Aegean sea.
The exquisite 3-bedroom villa is designed over two floors to the highest standards. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is comprised of a comfortable queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom complemented by a 40” flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private balcony with radiant blue views. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony leading to the outer area. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, storage area and laundry room. Standard amenities are complemented by flat-screen televisions and staples of luxury toiletries.
PRC-2 Villa outer area is evenly split in 2 levels. The first level has direct access to the main pool and a lounge area which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The second level has a fully equipped outer dining table which hosts 6 guests and a fully fledged lounge area with a built-in sofa, lounge chairs and a suspended chair.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
