Villa PRS-2 is located in Krios, just 4 km away from the cosmopolitan center of Parikia, on the western part of Paros and only 200 m away from the magnificent sandy beach of Marchelo with crystal turquoise waters. The villa is naturally protected from the northern winds and has a unique unobstructed panoramic view.
Stone and wood are widely present both indoors and outdoors of the villa. The warm shades of wood paneling is combined beautifully with the rough hewn-stone walls, while the dazzling sunlight and splendid atmosphere conducive to full enjoyment of the wild Cycladic landscape.
Villa PRS-2 is 175 sq.m. with 800 sq.m. of land, in two levels with 5 bedrooms (two large master with unsuited bathrooms) one more bathroom and one WC with a small shower. The villa is equipped with all the electrical appliances (built in oven and dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, etc).

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
