Villa CLD-8 can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Designed with high-aesthetics and Art Deco elements, the Villa offers one open-plan ground floor consisting of a spacious living room area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an A/C or a ceiling fan.
There is direct access to the outdoor sitting area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor so you would dine facing the Aegean Sea. Right next to it you will find your private pool and your comfortable sunbed with Moroccan pillows, shades-equipped for serene moments. The outdoor area also provides an outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy a coffee or a cocktail in your private garden, which is filled with all kinds of Mediterranean aromas.
On the first floor, you will find a luxury 30 sq.m. master suite, consisting of a queen size bed and a comfortable secondary space with a double bed. *BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
