Villa IRV-2 is a fully equipped holiday house that could serve as a perfect hideaway for weeks! It can accommodate up to 12 people in four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suites. It has a fully equipped kitchen-diner, living room, WC, laundry room and an indoor playroom.
For your comfort we provide daily cleaning and housekeeping, high quality bed linens, towels and toiletries, complimentary refreshments and concierge services. Along with our standard service we also offer premium services to make your stay hassle free and truly memorable.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
