The 90 sq.m. tear-drop infinity pool is the clear center of the house, fitted with a Jacuzzi and fiber-optic lighting that scatters across the water like a field of stars once the sky darkens. Around it, generous terraces hold separate areas for outdoor dining, for sitting, and for a proper bar, all turned west towards the sea and the sunset.
This is where the days here tend to unfold, from slow lunches in the shade to long evenings watching the color drain out of the sky over the Aegean.
Indoors, the fully equipped kitchen opens directly to a dining space built for gathering, while the state-of-the-art interiors stay understated and easy to live with. The surrounding gardens draw together the greens, greys and sun-bleached tones of the Mykonian landscape, giving each terrace its own pocket of shade and privacy.
Secure private parking sits within the grounds, and the villa is reached with ease by car, scooter or ATV, with public transport also close at hand for guests who prefer it. Super Paradise beach is close at around 13 minutes and Paradise beach around 15, and the celebrated beach clubs of the south coast, from Nammos at Psarou to Scorpios at Paraga, are all within an easy drive, while a supermarket at 2.5 km and a medical center at 5 km keep the everyday practicalities firmly within reach.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
