SKP-3 is a unique Villa in the heart of Skopelos Island, near the sea, among the pine and olive trees, ready to host you and offer a dreamy vacation on the greenest Island of Greece.
This spacious Villa was built to meet your requirements and to fulfill your dream of a perfect combination of relaxation and nature. Exclusive style and traditional architecture, light and open spaces are the concept of Villa SKP-3, which can accommodate up to 12 adults and up to 4 children.
On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds, plus a small office space – both with bathroom en-suite – as well as a large dressing area. Both rooms have large patio doors with access to the courtyard and pool area. The rooms are separated by a large hall with a spacious dressing room and a washing machine.
The first floor includes a bathroom, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with a 40 sq.m. balcony with 2 pergolas, large dining area and terrace furniture, with fantastic sunset views. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a TV area. From the living room a staircase leads to a comfortable attic, which has two semi-double beds that can accommodate 4 guests.
The newly built part of Villa SKP-3 is an independent two-storey house in the same building, with all modern building specifications, which can accommodate up to 6 people and offers elegance and luxury, combined with traditional architecture that extends to 100 sq.m.
The ground floor includes a large, fully equipped and modern kitchen with dining area, living room and guest’s toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two master bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. Each room has a king-size bed and an armchair which turns into a bed that can accommodate one child.
Large windows and large outdoor areas around the house will offer you privacy and invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this wonderful nature.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
