VILLA 3
Villa 3 (59 sq.m. indoors and 205 sq.m. outdoors) is on the ground level and the front of the complex. It’s the closest to the sea and being alone it secures privacy. Here the soil is clearly the projection of the house. This becomes more vibrant by the earthy colored stone floor throughout the terrace and its gradual blend with the soil.
It also has a west side mountain view with a picturesque scene of the little church of St. Constantine. Its highlight is the patio wall with the huge protruding rock.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
